Web scraping services for e-commerce teams

We build and maintain the pipelines that pull product, price and stock data out of retail sites and marketplaces, then hand you clean files on the schedule you set. No scrapers to babysit, no proxies to buy, no parser to fix the next time a site changes its layout.

What we do

Pick the service that matches your question

Most projects start with a single question — are we priced right, what is the competition actually stocking, what should our range look like.

$

Competitor price monitoring

Prices from the stores you compete with, collected daily or weekly and delivered as a file you can diff against your own catalog. Includes list price, sale price, discount depth and the timestamp each reading was taken. See how price monitoring works
≡

Assortment and stock tracking

Full catalogs with titles, SKUs, attributes, categories and images — plus what appeared, what disappeared and what went out of stock since the last run. The basis for range benchmarking and gap analysis. See what a catalog export contains
◉

Custom datasets

A one-off extraction shaped around your brief: your sites, your fields, your format. Useful for market research, pricing studies, catalog enrichment and training data. See how a custom dataset is scoped
★

Review and rating data

Rating averages, review counts and star distributions across products and sellers, tracked over time so you can see sentiment move rather than guess at it. See what review data we collect

Sites our web scraping services already cover

Every site needs its own parser, and every parser needs upkeep. These are the ones we maintain today. If your target is not on the list, send it over and we will scope it against the same criteria.

gap.com
Full catalog, apparel attributes, size availability
ikea.com/us

and more, on request
Proof

Ready-made datasets you can inspect right now

Rather than describe our output, we publish it. Both datasets below were collected with the same pipelines a client project would use.

7,000+

Gap.com full product catalog

Titles, SKUs, prices, colors, sizes, categories and image URLs across the entire US catalog.
8,000+

IKEA USA full product catalog

Every product in the US store with pricing, dimensions, materials and category path.
How we work

From brief to first delivery

The same five steps on every project, so you know what happens next and what lands in your inbox at the end of it.

Discovery

Which sites, which fields, and what decision the data has to support.

Technical spec

Sources, field list, output structure and the acceptance criteria we will be measured against.

Test scrape

A free sample of around 100 products so you can check the quality before anything is agreed.

Delivery

Validated data in your format, once or on a repeating schedule.

Maintenance

When a target site changes its markup, we fix the parser. That is part of the service, not a change request.
Delivery

Data arrives the way your systems expect it

Tell us where the data has to land and we will match it. Most clients start with CSV and move to an API endpoint once the feed becomes part of a routine.

Engagement

A single snapshot or a feed that keeps running

1

One-time export

You get the catalog as it stands today. Right for market research, a pricing study, a migration or a one-off analysis. Scoped, delivered, done.
↻

Continuous monitoring

The same extraction on a repeating schedule, with change detection between runs. You see price moves, new SKUs and stock-outs rather than a static file. Parser upkeep is included for as long as the feed runs.
Coverage

Wherever your competitors sell

Markets we work in

Marketplaces, retail chains and brand stores across the US, UK, Canada, the European Union and Australia. Regional sites bring their own quirks — local currencies, VAT-inclusive pricing, store-level stock, country-specific delivery rules — and we account for those rather than flattening everything into one schema.

Pricing

What a project costs

Price follows the difficulty of the source, not just the number of rows. Pulling 50,000 products from a lightly defended catalog takes less work than 5,000 from a site with aggressive bot protection and location-dependent pricing.

from $200

Per project for a one-time extraction. Recurring monitoring is quoted per source and interval. Send us the sites and the fields and you will have a fixed number back, along with a free test scrape.

Public data only

We collect information that is openly visible to any visitor of a site: product pages, prices, categories, availability. We do not collect personal data, we do not bypass logins or paywalls, and we do not republish review text verbatim. Every project is scoped with those limits in place from the start.

Questions

Common questions before a first project

How long does the first delivery take? For a straightforward catalog, two to four working days from an agreed spec. Sites with heavy bot protection, location-dependent pricing or seller-level variants take longer, usually one to two weeks. We give a date with the quote rather than after.
What happens when the target site changes its layout? We rewrite the parser. Retailers redesign category pages and swap front-end frameworks fairly often, and on monitored feeds this is the single largest source of ongoing work. It is covered by the subscription, so a redesign does not turn into an invoice or a gap in your data.
Can you scrape Amazon or Walmart? Those two are the most heavily defended sites in US retail, and running them reliably at volume costs considerably more than a typical retailer. We take them on case by case. Often the underlying question — how does our pricing compare to the market — is answered just as well by Best Buy, Target or a category specialist, at a fraction of the cost.
Do I own the data you deliver?Everything we deliver is yours to use, store and redistribute inside your organisation. Worth being precise about the two halves of that, though. Anything we build specifically for you — matched product sets, price comparisons, calculations, reports, any analysis shaped around your business — stays private. We do not publish it, resell it or reuse it. Raw unprocessed listings are different: a plain product list pulled from a public catalog is not specific to you, and we may occasionally publish that kind of extraction as a free dataset. If you would rather we did not, tell us during scoping and we will mark the project exclusive at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum project size?Projects start at $200. Below that the scoping and communication cost more than the extraction itself, so we would rather point you at one of our free datasets or a cheaper self-serve tool.
Can I see the quality before I commit?Every project starts with a free test scrape of roughly 100 products from your actual target site. You get the file, check the fields, and decide from there.
