  • Technical Limitations: We do not guarantee that we can scrape every website. Websites may employ anti-bot measures, change their structure, or block our access. If a custom project cannot be completed due to these external technical limitations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment to cover the development time and technical resources already expended, offering a partial refund only for the uncompleted data delivery phase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS)

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATASETS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
